No. 9 was the lucky one. Four Oregon sisters agreed to buy two raffle tickets each in hopes of winning the 2023 St. Patrick's Day Raffle put on by the Oregon Lottery. But Carol Serbick, of Wood Village, decided to buy just one more ticket at Bumpers Grill & Bar in Fairview. 'I went to the restroom, walked past the bar and said to the bartender, ‘just give me one ticket,'' she said. 'Between us sisters, we purchased a total of nine tickets.' Serbick and siblings Linda Clarke, of Milwaukie, and Eyvonne Bell and Laurie Youngs, both of Gresham, had agreed in advance to buy two tickets each and split the prize money if they won.
